Our Matterport Pro3 scans offer a spec of ±20mm at 10m, generally achieving about ±1% of reality for measurements
How long does a scan take?

Most jobsites can be scanned in 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on size and complexity.

Large commercial sites and multi-phase developments may take longer.

We always provide a time estimate before booking.
How quickly do we receive the model?

Most projects are processed and delivered within 24–48 hours.

Rush delivery is available for time-sensitive projects.
Can we compare progress over time?

Yes.

Where do you operate?

We provide on-site service throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, with availability across Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes for larger projects.

We can also coordinate with partner groups in Western Canada and Northern Canada to contract a scan technician for you.
